Guys, I survived my first week of my twins starting kindergarten. It went so well! Both of the boys were so excited to go on the first day. No tears happened! I was a little nervous since this is the first year they have been separated. Which I don’t think is bad, but I do want both of the boys to have equal learning opportunities. Lucas happens to be in a mixed class of kindergarten and 1st graders and Owen is mostly kindergarteners with a few TKers. So we shall see how this ends up working out.
So I do have a little bit of a rant. As you can see in the picture, my twins are wearing uniforms. They only gave me notice of this at the walkthrough that was only a week before school started. Like why couldn’t they tell me this info when I registered them?? I had to scramble and order things since they were out of stock in all my local stores. The good news is that everything I ordered came a few days earlier than it was supposed to!
I’ve love hearing all about there days when I pick them up. It just makes me so happy to hear that they are having fun and participating in class. I can’t wait to see where this year takes them as their little minds continue to grow!
